Meet Steph

I’m Steph and I’m your Agent of Possibility! As a Real Estate Broker, REALTOR®, GRI and e-Pro, I have dedicated my career to assisting home buyers get into homes. Licensed since 1991, I have assisted many First Time Home Buyers as well as established homeowners purchase homes. Along with real estate, I have extensive experience in mortgage banking, loan processing, and underwriting. My previous experience in lending is helpful in anticipating loan requirements, keeping the buyers informed, and helping the transaction move along smoothly. I have worked in the San Diego area for 21 years and have many long standing relationships with escrow, title, lending, and fellow agents. I specialize in First Time Home Buyers and can also be found on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. I enjoy helping and educating people with their dream of homeownership. As a California Real Estate Broker, I have successfully completed real estate courses in subjects including Fair Housing, Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practices, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Appraisal, Ethics, Accounting, and Economics. As a broker, I am also licensed by the California Department Of Real Estate to operate independently and supervise other real estate agents.

As a Life Coach, I have successfully completed a Life Coach Program with competencies in Ethical and Professional Coaching Standards, Effective Communication, Powerful Questioning, Direct Communication, Creating Awareness, Designing Actions, Goal Setting, and Managing Progress. Life Coaching is an ongoing relationship which focuses on individuals taking action toward a realization of their vision, goal, or desires. The coaching process helps individuals both define and achieve personal goals faster and with more ease than would be possible otherwise.

As a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Life Coach, I bring all of my experience, knowledge, skills, and energy to each and every transaction.

St. Judes

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital was founded in 1962 by the late entertainer Danny Thomas. Its mission is to find cures for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. St. Jude has treated children from all 50 states and from around the world. On average, 5,400 active patients visit the hospital each year, most of whom are treated on an outpatient basis. St. Jude is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatment not covered by insurance. No child is ever denied treatment because of the family’s inability to pay. www.stjude.org

Oprah’s Angel Network

Oprah’s Angel Network works around the globe to give people the chance to live their best lives. To date, Oprah’s Angel Network has received more than $80 million in donations from the public. Here are a few examples of the work accomplished with these generous donations: As part of the Hurricane Katrina and Rita recovery efforts, we helped more than 1,000 families get back into their homes and helped build or restore more than 400 homes in eight communities across Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama.
